A downloadable game for Windows

My general thought process behind my Unity creation was to create something that feels like a dream while invoking a sense of nostalgia at the same time. It was interesting to think about what I wanted to do for this kind of feeling, but I realized it’d be really cool to do something involving gray weather, my personal favorite. I wanted to create something that felt like an abandoned development above the clouds, and used the physics-denying architecture combined with certain post-processing visual effects to make the “dreamy” feel. The original plan for this project was a much more gloomy idea of a mountaintop cabin sitting just above the clouds, with a dark atmosphere and only a few lanterns that pierced through the dark. Old, rickety bridges would extend far enough to explore a whole mountainside. I never really went through with this completely, just because I couldn’t find any assets to fully fit that aesthetic.

I recently saw a student to my right use a walk-shake effect for their project, and I wish I had thought to add something like that to my own build to make it feel a bit more realistic.

I originally wanted to make my project related to a personal worldbuilding project that I’ve been doing in my free-time for the past year, but I realized that what I had planned would’ve taken far too long to do, so I stuck with this. However, I really like the result of what I built here, so I might actually incorporate the ideas I've generated here into my own project.

I plan to show this to some friends, so they can give me their own ideas of how lore for a place like this would work, or in general how they like this kind of aesthetic.
